Ticket Terms

DIDPIP TICKET TERMS Last updated: September 2026 These Ticket Terms apply whenever you buy a ticket or festival pass through Didpip. They sit alongside the Didpip Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. Nothing here affects consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM Gigs, festivals and events on Didpip are run by the Venue or event organiser, not by Didpip. Didpip provides the booking and ticketing service and collects payment on the organiser's behalf. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, including the line-up, timings, entry conditions, facilities and safety. WHAT YOUR TICKET IS A ticket is a personal, revocable licence to attend the event named on it. It is not transferable except as described below. Every ticket carries a unique QR code held in My Tickets. Present it at the door to be scanned. A ticket can be scanned once. Screenshots, copies and duplicated codes will be refused if the code has already been used. Keep your QR code private. Anyone holding a valid, unscanned code may be admitted in your place. AGE Didpip accounts are for people aged 18 or over. A ticket for someone under 18 must be bought by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, who remains responsible for that person at the event. Age restrictions are set by the Venue or organiser and are shown on the event where they apply. Photographic ID may be required at the door. Refusal of entry on age grounds is a matter for the Venue. PRICES AND FEES Ticket prices are set by the Venue or event organiser. Any Didpip booking or service fee is shown before you pay and forms part of the total you agree to. Prices shown include VAT where it applies. You will always see the full total before confirming payment. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider. Didpip does not store your card details. FESTIVAL PASSES A festival pass admits you to the event or day it names, not to any particular performance. Line-ups, stage times and running orders can change. Changes to individual acts or set times do not, on their own, entitle you to a refund. CANCELLED, RESCHEDULED OR MATERIALLY CHANGED EVENTS If an event is cancelled as a whole, you receive your full original payment back, including any booking or service fee you paid. The Venue/ticket seller bears Stripe's card processing cost — it is never deducted from your refund. Refunded tickets can no longer be used for entry. If an act cancels but a replacement plays and the event goes ahead, your ticket stays valid and you'll be told about the change. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date. Where you cannot attend the new date, refund eligibility follows the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and therefore to the adult who paid where the ticket was bought for someone under 18. CANCELLING YOUR OWN TICKET Where a ticket is eligible for self-service cancellation, the Didpip booking/service fee is non-refundable and non-refundable payment-processing costs may be deducted where permitted. The refund amount is shown before you confirm. Once a ticket has been scanned and marked used, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded through self-service. Full details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. RESALE Tickets bought on Didpip must not be resold for profit, auctioned, or used as a prize or promotional item without the organiser's written permission. Tickets offered for resale in breach of these terms may be cancelled without refund. AT THE VENUE Entry is subject to the Venue's conditions, including searches, age checks, capacity limits and behaviour rules. The Venue or organiser may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unlawfully, dangerously or abusively. No refund is due in those circumstances. Please arrive in good time. Latecomers may be admitted only at a suitable break, or not at all. RECORDING AND FILMING Filming, recording and photography rules are set by the Venue or organiser. Events may themselves be filmed or photographed, and you may appear in that footage. PROBLEMS WITH A TICKET If something goes wrong with a ticket, use the help option on the ticket or booking in Didpip so we have the details we need to investigate. You can also contact us through the Didpip contact form. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Ticket Terms from time to time. The version shown when you buy is the version that applies to that purchase.
