DIDPIP ACCESSIBILITY Didpip is for everyone. We're committed to making Didpip as accessible and easy to use as reasonably possible, regardless of ability, technology or how you access the site. WHAT WE AIM FOR As Didpip develops, we aim to: - Use clear, readable text and layouts. - Maintain good colour contrast. - Make buttons, links and forms easy to understand. - Support keyboard navigation where possible. - Provide meaningful labels for forms and controls. - Add alternative text to important images. - Make Didpip work across phones, tablets and computers. - Support commonly used accessibility tools and screen readers. - Avoid unnecessary flashing or distracting content. VENUE ACCESSIBILITY Accessibility at individual gigs and Venues is the responsibility of the relevant Venue or event organiser. Where available, Venues can provide accessibility information on Didpip so Fans can make informed decisions before attending. If you have specific access requirements, we recommend checking the Venue information or contacting the Venue before travelling. FOUND SOMETHING WE COULD DO BETTER? Didpip is constantly developing. If something on Didpip is difficult to see, understand, navigate or use because of an accessibility issue, please tell us. Contact Didpip using the support details provided on the website and let us know: - What you were trying to do. - What went wrong. - What device or browser you were using, if known. We'll do our best to investigate and improve it. OUR APPROACH We won't pretend we'll get everything perfect first time. But if something is making Didpip unnecessarily difficult for someone to use, we want to know about it and we want to fix it.
